Resíduos de pesticidas no mel e na cera de colônias de abelhas em La Comarca Lagunera

Resumo

As abelhas são importantes para a segurança alimentar e a manutenção da biodiversidade. O colapso das colônias foi causado pela exposição a pesticidas. O objetivo foi determinar e quantificar a presença de pesticidas no mel e na cera de colônias de abelhas em colapso (BC), com (CA) e sem histórico de colapso (SA). Foram analisadas cinco amostras de mel e cinco de cera das colônias CA e SA, e duas de mel e cera BC; as amostras foram analisadas por LC-QTOF e GC-MS/MS. Um total de 24 pesticidas foram detectados
em mel e cera. O acetamipride foi encontrado em 100% das amostras. Nas colônias do BC, eles apresentaram, em média, altos níveis de acetamipride em cera e mel (0,402 e 0,633 mg kg-1, respectivamente). Para as colônias de CA, as médias de acetamipride foram de 0,686 e 0,266 mg kg-1 para cera e mel, respectivamente, para as colônias SA, as médias de acetamipride para cera e mel foram de
0,244 e 0,404 mg kg-1, respectivamente. Em conclusão, as colônias de CA apresentaram a maior diversidade de pesticidas, seguida por SA e BC. Esses resultados podem sugerir a participação de pesticidas como causa do colapso das colônias.
