Comportamento produtivo, integridade intestinal e resposta imunológica em frangos alimentados com dietas suplementadas com L-glutamina

A adição de AminoGut (AG) foi avaliada em dois experimentos. No Experimento 1, 300 pintinhos Ross 308
foram usados em 5 tratamentos com 3 réplicas de 20 pintinhos cada. No Experimento 2, 640 pintinhos
foram usados em 4 tratamentos com 5 réplicas de 32 pintinhos cada. Os tratamentos do Exp. 1: T1 - dieta
de controle de sorgo + pasta de soja, T2 - As 1 + 700 ppm de mistura de AG/tonelada, T3 - As 1 + 1400
ppm de AG/tonelada, T4 - As 1 + 2100 ppm de AG/tonelada, T5 - As 1 + 2800 ppm de AG/tonelada. No
experimento 1, houve efeito (P<0,05) sobre o comportamento produtivo e o peso da carcaça, com 700 ppm
de AG. No Experimento 2, houve melhora na altura das vilosidades intestinais e na hipersensibilidade tardia
(P<0,05) com 700 ppm de AG, bem como no rendimento de carcaça aos 42 dias. Conclui-se que a adição
de 700 ppm de AminoGut em dietas para frangos de corte de 1 a 21 dias de idade aumentou os parâmetros
de produção, o comprimento das vilosidades, o rendimento de carcaça e a resposta imunológica.
