Aproveitamento de resíduos de pescado e casca de abacaxi para produção de silagem biológica

Resumo

Seis tratamentos foram formulados para produzir silagem biológica com resíduos de pescado, restolho de milho, melaço, casca de abacaxi (CA) [15, 30 e 45%] e inóculo de Lactobacillus sp. ou Lactobacillus B2. As silagens de cada tratamento foram feitas em triplicata e incubadas a 30 °C por 0, 2, 4, 7 e 14 dias para avaliação da acidificação em esquema fatorial 3x2x5. A composição química e digestibilidade in vitro de matéria seca (DIVMS) no final da fermentação. A maior acidificação (p <0,05) foi apresentada pelos tratamentos com CA 15 e 30% e Lactobacillus B2 aos 7 dias. Com 15% de CA, obteve-se o maior teor de matéria seca (39,3%) (p <0,05) e a proteína bruta (26,5 a 31%, variação) foi a mesma (p> 0,05). A maior concentração de lipídios (9,85%) foi apresentada nos tratamentos com CA 30 e 45% e Lactobacillus B2. As frações da fibra em detergente diminuíram com o aumento do nível de CA e o maior DIVMS (82,9%) foi apresentado nas silagens com Lactobacillus B2, independente do nível de CA (p <0,05). As silagens obtidas são uma alternativa para alimentação de ruminantes.
