O uso de licor e farinha de gérmen de milho em dietas para frangos de corte

Resumo

O objectivo do estudo foi avaliar em dietas de frango de carne, o valor de alimentação da mistura de farinha de gérmen de milho (FGM) a 50% e a adição de 50% de licor de milho (LM) sem e com enzimas de carboidrase (CH) e fermentação durante 24 h. Foram testadas as LM + enzimas para polissacarídeos não amiláceos (PNA) e LM com fermentação durante 24 h. Foi realizado um ensaio com LM + enzimas para polissacarídeos não amido (PNA) e LM com fermentação durante 24 h. Um total de 240 frangos de corte Ross 708 machos, dos 6 aos 50 dias de idade, alimentados com milho + pasta de soja (inicío, crescimento e conclusão), com 5, 10 e 20 % de FGM, com a inclusão de diferentes apresentações de LM (0 % LM, LM natural e LM fermentado) em percentagens iguais às do FGM sem e com enzimas carboidrase (103 000 U/g de xilanases, 128 000 U/g de celulases e 33 000 U/g de beta-glucanases) a 25 ppm. O aumento de peso de pintos de 6 a 50 dias de idade melhorou 5% (P<0,05) com a adição de LM natural ao FGM. A combinação de FGM + LM natural aumentou o valor de alimentação nas dietas de frangos de corte. A adição de enzimas em dietas com FGM + LM natural não afectou o comportamento produtivo dos frangos de carne.
